  14. This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either
  15. an individual or an organization) and Stefan Kuske
  16. (http://www.totalidea.com), for the shareware type 
  17. software specified, which includes any and all computer
  18. software and associated media, printed materials and
  19. electronic documentation (all herein and hereafter
  20. collectively defined as "SOFTWARE").
  21. If you acquired the SOFTWARE in the United States,
  22. this EULA is governed by the laws of the State
  23. of Washington. If you acquired the SOFTWARE in Canada,
  24. this EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of
  25. Ontario, Canada. If this product was acquired outside
  26. the United States and Canada, the local laws apply.
  27. By accessing, copying, distributing, duplicating,
  28. evaluating, executing, installing, launching, opening,
  29. reviewing, utilizing or viewing the SOFTWARE,
  30. you agree to be bound by all the terms of this EULA.
  31. If you do not agree with all the terms of this EULA,
  32. you must discontinue utilization of the SOFTWARE and
  33. destroy it.

  37. 1. Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly

  40. the SOFTWARE or any of its components or outputted
  41. files. There are absolutely no exceptions.

  45. The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single entity. The
  46. component parts of the SOFTWARE may not be separated
  47. during distribution. There are absolutely no exceptions.

  49. 3. Rental

  51. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE or any of its
  52. components. There are absolutely no exceptions.

  54. 4. Sale

  56. You may not sell the SOFTWARE or any of its components.
  57. There are absolutely no exceptions.

  59. 5. Transfer

  61. You may transfer the SOFTWARE to another individual or
  62. organization. However, that individual or organization
  63. must comply with all the terms of this EULA before storing
  64. or utilizing the SOFTWARE. Since the SOFTWARE is freeware
  65. type software, you are not required to destroy the source
  66. copy of the SOFTWARE before transferring a duplication.

  68. 6. Export Law Assurance

  70. You certify that the SOFTWARE has not been (and will not be)
  71. exported outside of the United States except as permitted
  72. by the laws and regulations of the United States. If the
  73. SOFTWARE has been legally obtained by you outside of the
  74. United States, you agree that you will not re-export the
  75. SOFTWARE except as permitted by the laws and regulations
  76. of the United States and the laws and regulations of the
  77. jurisdiction in which you obtained the SOFTWARE. There are
  78. absolutely no exceptions.

  82. All titles and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE and all
  83. files generated by the SOFTWARE are owned exclusively by
  84. Stefan Kuske. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright
  85. laws and international treaty provisions, as well as other
  86. intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is
  87. licensed, not sold. The files generated by the SOFTWARE
  88. are owned exclusively by Stefan Kuske but have been
  89. indirectly licensed to you for integration and distribution
  90. with your own software packages.

  95. maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stefan Kuske
  96. disclaims absolutely all warranties, either expressed or
